Unless you exclusively use your computer for the Internet, you will be creating or manipulating data in some form. This could be documents, photos, music, video or any other type of file. You therefore need to save these files in some safe place with some safe method. Most users who come through our doors typically would download their photos or music, use them for a while quite happily, and then..................DISASTER!!! 

So before telling you about our data recovery services, heres a quick lecture on saving it. Always save your data in a place that you know (eg "My Documents") and then BACK IT UP somewhere else! This could be as simple as a USB flash drive (available from us from only £5 ) or as thorough as a mirrored drive with separate back up over a network and online backup services. Please, please, please backup your data in some way, it will save you time at best, and a lot of money or your business at worst. Give us a call for our help and advice and if you run a business or your data is precious, we will come round and set up routines for you using tried and trusted techniques.

If however you have come to this page too late, there are a number of ways we can help you:

1. For a simple hard drive corruption or accidental deleting of files we offer a quick recovery service for our normal minimum charge.

2. For loss of partitions or logical drives, we have various software recovery options which are very successful, although of course we cannot guarantee to recover every file. Generally speaking, as long as your hard drive is recognised in the motherboard BIOS we can get some data back. Prices range from £35 to £100 depending on the amount of data and the size of the hard drive.

3. We do not have clean room facilities so cannot dismantle hard drives if required, but there are a few places which we can recommend to you for particularly difficult cases. Do not believe some of the adverts you see, anybody that offers these services will always charge more than £350, so do not be conned into sending your drive away unless a fixed price is agreed.
